Good to know before you buy
- Buy from LaserPecker or an authorized dealer and keep the receipt. Resold units aren't covered.
- Problems in the first 60 days can get a replacement; after that, LaserPecker repairs the unit.
- You pay to ship the product to LaserPecker, and you must send it within 14 days once a fix is agreed.
- Filters and engraving materials aren't covered.
