- Solar lights are covered for 2 years, not 5.
- Damage from animals or natural disasters is not covered.
- Incandescent bulbs are covered for only 3 months.
- Products used outside the U.S. are not covered.
- Brightech chooses whether to repair or refund (up to the full purchase price).
