Good to know before you buy

Get approval through a support ticket before shipping anything back, and keep all the original packaging.
In the US and Canada, Glowforge sends a prepaid shipping label for covered returns.
The warranty can't be transferred once the box has been opened.
Aura and Spark are covered only for normal household use.
