Fringe and binding damage (for example from a beater-bar vacuum) is not covered.
Must be professionally installed with an approved pad in your own home.
Keep your invoice, the sample label and a 2 x 3 ft leftover piece.
Have it professionally hot-water cleaned every 18 months and keep the receipts.
File claims through the store that sold it first.
