Keep your receipt: coverage starts on the purchase date shown on proof of purchase from an authorized seller.
Back up your data first. SanDisk does not cover lost data or data recovery.
You pay to ship the product back, prepaid and insured, with an RMA number.
A repaired or replacement product is covered for the rest of the original term or 90 days, whichever is longer.
SSD coverage ends early if the drive passes its rated write endurance (TBW) before the term ends.
