Good to know before you buy

Covers the original buyer only. Keep your bill of sale and the product's serial number.
Start a claim with the store where you bought it.
Labor is covered for the first year only; later you pay labor and shipping.
Moving the furniture from where it was first delivered voids the warranty.
Keep the law label on the mattress; claims need it.
Body impressions shallower than 3/4 inch are normal and not covered.
