- Keep your receipt: a claim needs proof of purchase, the purchase date, the item number and the serial number.
- Vollrath must approve warranty work before any repair is done.
- Nonstick coatings, Kool-Touch and silicone handles are not covered by the lifetime warranty.
- Mixers lose coverage if they fail from changing gears while running or from overloading.
