Good to know before you buy
  • Covers the original purchaser only, for products bought new from an authorized GCI retailer; clearance, outlet, closeout and secondhand items are not covered.
  • Keep your receipt (or the PO number plus a photo of the product tag) as proof of purchase.
  • Problems in the first 90 days should go back to the store you bought from.
  • If a claim is approved, GCI asks you to destroy the chair and send a photo before the replacement ships; don't destroy it before then.
