  • Get a return authorization number from Pelican before shipping anything back.
  • You pay shipping to send the product in; if Pelican finds no defect you also pay return and repair costs.
  • Damage from drops, misuse or modification is not covered.
  • Covers the original buyer only; it does not transfer if you sell the cooler.
  • You pay the shipping costs for warranty returns.
  • Soft coolers are not covered for punctures, rips or normal wear.
