- Covers the original buyer in the US only.
- Buy from Takeya or an authorized US seller; unauthorized sellers can be refused.
- Silicone O-rings and normal wear like dents, scratches and fading are not covered.
- Keep proof of purchase and photos of the defect; Takeya pays return shipping if it needs the bottle back.
