Soundcore doesn't cover everything, but keeps whole product covered to 18 months. That full coverage is shorter than most of the 19 brands we compared, which typically cover 1 year in full. You don't need to register to get this coverage.

- Keep your receipt or order number; Soundcore needs proof you bought from them or an authorized seller.
- Damage from drops, water or extreme heat is not covered.
- Soundcore may send a refurbished replacement, or a partial refund if no replacement is available.
