Eley warranty for hoses & watering
The short version
Eley doesn't cover everything, but keeps reel, watering tools and hose parts covered to 10 years. That full coverage is the same as most of the 13 brands we compared, which typically cover nothing in full. You don't need to register to get this coverage.
From Eley's published warranty, checked October 2026.

Good to know before you buy
- Eley sends replacement parts, not a whole new reel, and doesn't pay for labor.
- Shut off the water at the faucet after each use; damage from constant pressure isn't covered.
- Keep your invoice: coverage counts from the purchase date.
