What it leaves out

  • Normal wear and tear

Good to know before you buy
  • Have your original First Lite order number ready; it is required for every claim.
  • Coverage is for the item's normal wearable life, not a lifetime guarantee, and First Lite decides what that is.
  • If the replacement is out of stock you get store credit instead (California residents always get store credit).
  • Covers the original buyer only.
  • First Lite doesn't give a fixed number of years; it covers defects for the product's practical lifespan.
  • California residents receive store credit instead of a replacement.
