Traeger warranty for outdoor grills
The short version
Traeger doesn't cover everything, but keeps grill parts (timberline/ironwood touchscreen, woodridge) and grill parts (other models after oct 2021) covered to 10 years. That full coverage is the same as most of the 12 brands we compared, which typically cover nothing in full. You don't need to register to get this coverage.
From Traeger's published warranty, checked October 2026.

What it leaves out
- Scratches, dents and looks
Good to know before you buy
- Covers the original buyer only, and only if bought from Traeger or an authorized seller. Reselling the grill ends coverage.
- Keep your receipt with the owner's manual.
- Traeger sends replacement parts, sometimes refurbished, for you to install; you pay labor and part shipping on 7 and 10 year warranties.
- Coverage periods vary by individual part; the years shown are the longest.
