The short version
Dacor covers range hoods in full for 2 years, with no partial coverage after that. That full coverage is longer than most of the 50 brands we compared, which typically cover 1 year in full. You don't need to register to get this coverage.

Good to know before you buy
- The 2-year full warranty applies to units bought on or after November 1, 2020.
- Cosmetic damage must be reported within 60 days; display, floor, as-is and refurbished units get no cosmetic cover.
- Accessories are not covered. Check the warranty section of your owner's manual, which Dacor says is the final word.
