  • Using the scooter for racing or rental voids the warranty.
  • After Segway issues a return authorization, you have 30 days to send it in.
  • Coverage starts when you buy it or first activate it in the Segway app, whichever is later.
  • You pay shipping to send it to Segway; Segway pays to send it back.
  • Keep the receipt and make sure the serial number stays readable.
