Excalibur warranty for small appliances
The short version
Excalibur doesn't cover everything, but keeps whole product (newer us models) and whole product (older/international models) covered to 5 years. That full coverage is shorter than most of the 86 brands we compared, which typically cover 6 months in full. Some of this coverage only applies if you register the product.

- Only covers units bought from Excalibur or an authorized retailer, not auctions or discount sellers.
- Sending a unit to the factory costs a $25 handling fee plus shipping both ways.
- Household use only, for US and Canada purchases.
