The short version

Icon doesn't cover everything, but keeps tool storage parts and components covered for life. That full coverage is the same as most of the 20 brands we compared, which typically cover nothing in full. You don't need to register to get this coverage.

From Icon's published warranty, checked October 2026.

The fine print, decoded

What it leaves out

  • Accidental breaks and misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Scratches, dents and looks
Good to know before you buy
  • Covers the original buyer only; the original sales receipt must go with every claim.
  • The fix is replacement parts, not a new cabinet.
  • Damage from standing on it, overloading it or modifying it isn't covered.
