Good to know before you buy

- Keep your receipt (or the PO number plus a photo of the product tag) as proof of purchase.
- Problems in the first 90 days should go back to the store you bought from.
- If a claim is approved, GCI asks you to destroy the chair and send a photo before the replacement ships; don't destroy it before then.
