Good to know before you buy
- Keep the Product Registration Card that comes with the pen and your receipt.
- Do not wipe the inside of the cap with water; it can remove the finish and is not covered.
- Only covers pens bought from an authorized US retailer.
- You pay postage to mail the pen to Pilot; include your receipt.
- Keep the International Warranty Card or your receipt.
- Bent or split nibs are not covered and are replaced at cost.
