  • Do not wipe the inside of the cap with water; it can remove the finish and is not covered.
  • Only covers pens bought from an authorized US retailer.
  • You pay postage to mail the pen to Pilot; include your receipt.
  • Keep the International Warranty Card or your receipt.
  • Bent or split nibs are not covered and are replaced at cost.
