- You pay shipping and insurance to send the pen, plus a $20 processing fee per pen.
- Keep proof of purchase from Cross or an authorized retailer; secondhand pens are not covered.
- Claims are only accepted through the Cross online warranty portal.
- Engraving is not covered, and replacement pens come without engraving.
