- Covers the original buyer only, and only if bought from DYMO or an authorized seller in the US.
- Keep proof of purchase and delivery; DYMO will ask for it.
- Using non-DYMO labels can void coverage.
- If DYMO cannot replace it, they refund the purchase price.
